F&S Sales, Inc. was founded in June, 1979 as the Foodservice Division of Snider-Hayes-Hurd (retail broker) under the direction of Marc Zitek.
In June of 1989, F&S Sales was purchased from Snider-Hayes-Hurd and became its own entity. In March of 1998, F&S Sales acquired Area Marketing, then owned by Richard McDowell
